How account deletion works in CoParynt.

Parents can request deletion of their CoParynt account at any time. Because CoParynt supports shared relationship records, some information may remain in shared workspaces even after an individual account is deleted.

Send your deletion request

Email support@coparynt.com from the email address associated with your CoParynt account and include the subject line “Delete My CoParynt Account.”

We verify the request

For account security, CoParynt may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting account access or associated personal information.

What we delete

We will delete or de-identify personal information associated solely with your individual account where reasonably possible, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational retention needs.

What may remain

Shared parenting-plan records, calendar history, overrides, messages, audit history, and other relationship-level records may remain if they are necessary to preserve the integrity of the shared workspace, comply with law, protect other users, or maintain a reliable history for the other parent.
