1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use CoParynt only if you are legally permitted to do so and can form a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse CoParynt.

This includes attempting to access another person’s account, scraping or reverse engineering the service, uploading malicious code, interfering with platform security, using the service for harassment or unlawful surveillance, or submitting information you do not have the right to share.

3. Parenting records and shared workspaces

CoParynt provides tools to help parents review and organize shared parenting information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for deciding how to use the records, schedules, summaries, and communications generated or stored in the service.

If your account is part of a shared parenting workspace, information you add to that workspace may be visible to the other parent or other authorized participants linked to the same relationship.

4. AI-assisted features

CoParynt may offer AI-assisted tools for drafting, summarization, organization, or schedule-related explanations. AI output can be useful, but it may be incomplete, incorrect, or not appropriate for your situation.

AI output is not legal advice, medical advice, therapy, crisis support, or a substitute for professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on any AI-assisted output.

5. Intellectual property

CoParynt and its software, branding, content, design, and underlying technology are owned by CoParynt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, CoParynt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users, used the service unlawfully, or compromised the security or integrity of CoParynt.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described on the Delete Account page.

7. Disclaimers

CoParynt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the service will always be error-free, complete, secure, or fit for every parenting or legal scenario.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoParynt and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoParynt’s total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars.

9. Changes to the service or these terms

We may modify the service, add or remove features, or update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by posting notice in the product or sending an email.
